FAQ

Common questions

Go to the Team settings page, click "Invite member", enter the email address, select a role, and send. The invitee receives a secure link, signs up with their work email, and lands in your workspace fully configured for their role. The whole process takes under a minute.
There are 10+ role types including Admin, Finance Manager, Procurement Officer, Reviewer, Compliance Owner, IT Support, and more. Each role has a predefined set of permissions that control which procurements, checklists, and actions the user can access. Roles can be changed at any time by an Admin.
Yes. Procurement board assignment controls which boards each user can view and work on. Combined with role based permissions, you can ensure Finance managers only see financial data, reviewers only see items requiring their approval, and IT support has technical access without touching procurement content.
Yes. Every team action is automatically recorded in the activity timeline: invitations sent and accepted, role changes, procurement assignments, checklist completions, document uploads, and approvals. Entries are timestamped, attributed to named users, and cannot be deleted.
Yes. Procurement workspaces are collaborative by design. A Procurement Officer can be updating the checklist while a Finance Manager is reviewing documents and a Reviewer is approving a phase: all at the same time. Each user's actions are logged separately so there is no confusion about who did what.
Admins can edit or remove team members from the Team settings page at any time. Role changes take effect immediately. Removing a member revokes their access instantly and the action is logged in the team activity history. Their previously completed work and audit trail entries remain intact.
