Work that gets done.

Every procurement generates work:reviews, uploads, approvals, follow-ups. Tasks give each item an owner, a due date, and a priority so nothing drifts. Your whole team sees their queue without a single status call.

How it works

From open item to done

Four steps from procurement creation to a closed task: all inside the same workspace.

1
Open a procurement
Jump into any procurement from the Smart Board and switch to the Tasks tab.
2
Create a task
Add title, set priority and due date, then pick an assignee from your team roster.
3
Track progress
Assignees see the item in My Tasks. Managers watch status without chasing an update.
4
Close with context
Mark done. The activity timeline logs completion alongside uploads and approvals.
