FAQ

Common questions

When you attach a compliance template to a procurement, each rule becomes a live checklist item. As your team uploads documents, submits forms, or completes approvals, the checklist items are marked complete and the overall progress percentage updates in real time on the Smart Board.
Yes. Each procurement workspace supports multiple team members with different roles:Procurement Officer, Finance Manager, Reviewer, Approver, Admin, and more. Role based permissions ensure every user can do exactly what their role allows, nothing more.
Yes. The Compliance Builder lets you save rule sets as named templates. When creating a new procurement, you select a template and it is instantiated as a fresh live checklist. You can then customize individual items without affecting the original template.
Every action taken within a procurement:creation, document uploads, checklist updates, modifications, user assignments, approvals:is automatically logged in the activity timeline. Entries are immutable and timestamped, making them suitable for external audits.
Procurement boards are assigned from your team roster during workspace setup, or at any point during the procurement lifecycle. The board owner sees the procurement prominently on their Smart Board view and is notified when items require attention.
Modifications are tracked sequentially (MOD 01, MOD 02…) and each captures its own award amount and funded amount. The compliance checklist can be updated per modification so new requirements introduced by a contract change are tracked separately from the base contract.

Compliance that actually

works.

Smart boards, AI checklists, document drive, audit timelines, and team reviews: all in one platform built for how compliance teams actually work.
