Three tiers.
One honest conversation about cost
We do not publish a rate, because the number that fits a six person contractor is not the number that fits a three hundred person one, and a headline price that applies to neither helps nobody. Ask us on the first call and you will get a figure.
What each one is for
Capability rises across the three. Which you need usually comes down to how much separation of duties your organisation requires.

- Team

- Enterprise

Team
For a single purchasing team getting the record right before anybody asks for it.
- One checklist template to start, with more added as you need them
- Award and modification records with their own amounts and evidence
- Document drive with approvals tied to the version reviewed
- Personal boards, so each person arranges their own work
- Activity record on every award, written as work happens

Program
For contractors running several programs, where consistency across buyers is the thing that matters.
- Everything in Team
- Multiple templates per award type, applied on creation
- Value thresholds routing approvals on the award amount
- Reviewers named per phase rather than chosen at submission
- Supplier records with document expiry tracked and chased
- Exception reporting, so oversight is a short list rather than a sample

Enterprise
For larger contractors with multiple sites, heavier role separation and their own retention requirements.
- Everything in Program
- Role types scoped to how your organisation actually separates duties
- Retention aligned to your own requirements
- Support for multiple sites and programs in one workspace
- Onboarding for existing awards, read from documents you already hold
- A named contact for setup and for the first review cycle
Published rates and what they hide
Plenty of products publish a number. Here is the honest reason we do not, and what we do instead.

Looks transparent
A headline figure reads as openness, and it is usually built around one customer shape. Everybody else discovers the real number later, once they are invested in the process.

A number on the first call
You describe your situation, we give you the figure that applies to it, and you decide. It takes about five minutes and it is accurate.

Hidden in a footnote
The variables that actually move the price sit below the headline number, which is why the quoted figure so rarely survives contact with a real requirement.

Stated plainly
How many people need access and which tier fits. Those are the two things that move the number, and we will say so before you ask.

A sequence of steps
A form, then a call, then a follow up, then a proposal, by which point a fortnight has gone and you still have not seen a figure.

Ask in the first five minutes
If pricing is all you want, say so at the start of the call and we will lead with it. Sitting through a demonstration is not a condition of finding out.

Everyone is a prospect
The pricing conversation assumes the product suits you, because qualifying you out costs the seller something.

We will say if we do not
If you place a handful of awards a year and a well kept folder is working, we will tell you that on the call rather than three weeks in.
Two things, and what does not
Two things, and what does not
Capability rises across the three. Which you need usually comes down to how much separation of duties your organisation requires — and which people need access.
- How many people need access
- Which tier fits
- Not how many awards you place
How many people need access
The main driver. Buyers, reviewers, finance and administrators all count, and read only access is usually cheaper than full.
Learn moreWhich tier fits
Driven by how much separation of duties you need rather than by company size. Some small contractors need Program.
Learn moreNot how many awards you place
Volume does not change the price. A contractor placing four hundred awards pays the same as one placing forty at the same tier.
Learn moreNot how much you store
Document volume is not a pricing lever. Records and their evidence are what the product is for.

Part of the eProcureAI family
ProcureAudit is built by eProcureAI, alongside the main procurement platform and VendorHub. If you already use another part of the family, say so on the call, because it affects the conversation.

Bring roughly how many people need access and one award you would rather not assemble by hand. You will leave the call with a figure and a straight answer about fit.
